The new residential complex in La Soledad of Palma de Mallorca is located close to the motorway MA-20 and comprises an area of 7000 m2.

The project is divided in two-parts and creates a generous garden area inside the block. This space of almost 2,000 m2 with private garden areas and squares will be the perfect place for leisure and sports activities. There will also be a swimming pool, a children’s pool and a solarium.

The two parts of the building are divided into 6 staircases. Staircases 1 and 2 are in the first volume, while staircases 3, 4, 5 and 6 are included in volume 2. The access to each staircase is via the large courtyard.

On the ground floor, there are commercial premises of approximately 100 m2, 4 one-bedroom flats and 10 two-bedroom flats, all with private terraces.

The first floor will house 6 one-bedroom flats and 12 two-bedroom flats, all with a covered terrace. The second floor is constructed in the same way as the first floor.

In the basement, which is naturally ventilated by 4 landscaped courtyards with trees, there are 78 parking spaces, 51 private storage rooms and 1 communal storage room.

The flats are characterised by the fact that they are all connected to the generous outdoor space by terraces and balconies. Together with the Mediterranean climate, these outdoor areas become the heart of the house and invite you to linger.

The interior of the flats is kept simple and warm. Neutral colours refer to the materials and tones of traditional Mediterranean architecture. This creates a relaxed, inviting and timeless atmosphere. When selecting the materials, the focus was also on choosing easy-to-clean surfaces.
